I DOUBT

I doubt that I could fly, although in my dreams I can.
I doubt I will live to be 100 — at least I hope I don’t!
I doubt I will ever win a poetry contest, but I love writing them!

Thinking about what I know for sure, hmmm!
Time continues to march on with or without me,
and the sun will rise each day … or will it?scratch
